Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Brisbane, QLD with care and attention to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. During busy periods, please allow a few business days for your order to be processed before dispatch as some items are made to order.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post, with tracking details provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email including tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location, while express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery, typically taking 1-3 days business days.

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
